Cancellation policy

At ALAB, we strive to make your shopping experience smooth and satisfying. If you decide to cancel your order, kindly note the following terms:

  1. Time Frame for Cancellation
    You may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped. Once the order is marked as dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

  2. How to Request Cancellation
    To cancel your order, simply reach out by either of the following methods:

      Make sure to include your order number, name, and reason for cancellation in your request.

  3. Confirmation of Cancellation
    Once we receive your cancellation request and it is eligible (i.e., order not shipped), we will send you a confirmation email or WhatsApp message indicating that your order has been cancelled and any refund (if applicable) process has begun.

  4. Refunds

    • If payment was made online and cancellation is confirmed before dispatch, refund will be processed within 7–14 working days (or per your bank’s processing time).

    • If you paid via COD (Cash on Delivery), cancellation before dispatch means no shipment will be sent and no payment will be required.

    • Please note: any bank or payment gateway charges are subject to your bank’s policy and may not be covered by ALAB unless stated.

  5. Shipping Charges & Fees
    If the order has not shipped, you will not be charged for shipping. Once an order is in transit, cancellation is treated as a return and standard return policy and shipping charges apply (if you have a return policy in place).

  6. Exceptions

    • Customized or made-to-order items may have different cancellation rules (for example, if production has started).

    • Orders marked as shipped cannot be cancelled; you may request a return instead (if eligible under our return policy).

    • Any fraudulent or abusive cancellation requests may result in the order being processed as normal and cancellation denied.
