Exchange & Return Policy

At Alab.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our policies carefully to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Customers must contact us within 12 hours of receiving their order to request a return or refund
Refunds are only applicable in cases of genuine manufacturing defects (e.g., incorrect item, damaged fabric, or stitching issues).
Proof of defect is required in the form of clear images or a video.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Change of mind or personal preference will not be accepted as valid reasons for a return.
For orders paid via online payment methods, any transaction fees or bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
A valid reason must be provided, supported by images or a video of the product.
Size issues or minor color variations (due to screen differences) are not eligible for exchange.
Items must remain unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Any additional shipping costs for the exchange will be borne by the customer.
